George "Jack" Coiron, III graduated from LSU with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 1973.  He worked in construction until after the 1984 World's Fair when he founded his own commercial construction company, GA Coiron, III, Incorporated General Contractors. This allowed him to follow his passion serving the historical restoration needs of the New Orleans community.
